Include the video site users is up to 500 million people. Video website industry is facing to such a huge of commercial market potential, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Through the copyright disputes and the company listing,the video website industry has entered a relatively stable“rest period”,the strategy of forward-looking brand communication is key to video site operators in competition.In recent years, with the equipped system of SNS products,strong user base, rich quality program resources, Tencent video website is become one of the industy leader.In order to provide reference for the development of domestic video website industry,author is based on the development situation and competition landscape of videoindustry, through SWOT analyze method,be aimed at the advantage,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the Tencent video,to explore the video site is how to market positioning, channel construction, content strategy,and user experience optimization.Due to the rapid development of Internet technology, unpredictable changes in the market circumstances, the video site's operators should be continue to adjustthe position, strengthening the content, improve the channels, and optimize service experienceto achieve the greatest of the brand communication effects in the future.
