With the advance of network communication technology, the application about the concept of IOT has penetrated into various industries, especially the development and the test of industrial robots and test present more widely. At present, industrial robots are more and more useful in the industrial field including grinding, welding, pallet, spraying and so on. Due to the utilization of robots, human resources are reduced greatly and the production efficiency and the safety stability are improved sharply. With the increasing demand of industrial robots, China has set up a number of companies specializing in the development and production of industrial robots is weak as well as production automation and intelligent control. In this field, the enterprise technical personnel need to possess professional foundations because of the complexity of manufacturing and the high costs. Therefore, testing on the performance of robots, "smart" production and the ability of remote monitoring are the development of the significant factors, as a corporation of the industrial robot, which enhances the quality of products and the ability of service.Research of the Robot Test System and Remote Monitoring Platform Based on Industrial IOT is put forward in this background. And the design scheme and the design principle of the test system and the monitor platform are elaborated. Based on the topic mentioned, this paper is divided into three systems:Test System of Robot Repeated Positioning Accuracy Based on Factory Monitoring, Wireless Monitoring System for Debugging Station Factory of Industrial Robot, Service Platform and Remote Monitoring System of Industrial Robots. Test System of Robot Repeated Positioning Accuracy Based on Factory Monitoring was presented for repeat positioning accuracy of robot, the design is raised on basis of data acquisition, data transmission and data monitoring. The data tested by laser sensor is gathered via the controller. With the data transmission through wireless devices, the process of monitoring and processing is accomplished on PC. Compared with the traditional method, the design has advantage of lower cost, higher accuracy and more convenient operation. Wireless Monitoring System for Debugging Station Factory of Industrial Robot proposed mainly aims at the production status of mass production of the robot. Appling RFID technology to the authentication of devices ID, PLCs equipped in the production station collect the data of production status which is uploaded local server through the network composed of WLAN equipments. The display device equipped can be used for real-time monitoring, helping to understand the status of the robot production just-in-time and improving the degree of automation. The architecture and principle of the system of remote platform are illuminated on Service Platform and Remote Monitoring System of Industrial Robots. It contains the hardware and software of data acquisition device called SegBox, the principle and way of communication based on the TCP, the design of server on account of B/S mode and the design of the function of remote monitoring in view of the Web technology. Then the data acquired is related to data mining, serving to the diagnosis and analysis of robot faults. Under the environment of IOT, the design set forth is available to explore production, testing and maintenance. Moreover, it has a certain reference value for the "Intelligent" production of the robot.
