As the urban power supply network gradually into the ground, most of electric power enterprises have been completed on the area of the power underground pipeline graphic with information management. Facing the growing burden of the power line construction and the increase of the power load dramatically, the operation and maintenance of power of the underground pipeline have great pressure to safeguard the long-term safe and stable operation of power underground pipeline. In order to improve resource utilization and save labor cost, auxiliary enterprises lean on the power underground pipeline management for power underground pipeline dynamic assessment of real-time condition monitoring and analysis to ensure safe operation and achieve controllable management.In this paper, a comprehensive summary of research status analysis are carried out. Based on the geographical information technology, the weak coupling adopted method are used to realize the fast and safe monitoring subsystem linkage. Using plug-in mechanism to assure the electric underground pipeline, a two-dimensional graphical management platform is realized by the function for power monitoring module of the underground pipeline with safety, stability and efficiency of data processing. The system is divided into four parts, i.e. application layer, middle layer, data layer and access layer. In the four layer structures of application mode, the core layer is a four layer structure, and it is laden with spatial data of monitoring data and pipeline hub.system on the function module, which mainly realizes the functions of online monitoring of underground pipeline and dynamic evaluation. Realizing the power of real-time monitoring of running status of underground pipeline visualization, the abnormal & fault state of alert and dynamic assessment of the health condition of equipment is accurate positioning and efficient management by way of space visual expression. The monitoring module uses J2 EE platform for enterprise development of object-oriented(OOP) technology and the depth of abstract. The reuse configuration programming techniques has strong compatibility, scalability and fast restructuring properties page. The front-end based on the on-line power underground pipeline of the expansion of the two-dimensional management platform provides a graphical interface to strengthen the integrity and reliability of the data.The present system shows that the module is implemented as the power for underground pipeline graphical two-dimensional platform and provides efficient and accurate and accessible to online monitoring and dynamic evaluation functions.
