The Design And Implementation Of A Residential Property Management System

In recent thirty years, with the rapid development of real estate industry, and increasing of the number of urban residential district, residential property management problems began gradually taken seriously by people. Especially In order to be able to solve the main problems of property management, we hope touse the current mainstream of the network technology and computer technology, to design an intelligent residential property management system.This topic research is out of consideration for this demand. This paper starts from requirements analysis, explains the residential property management system process according to the specific business, and completes the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements analysis. Requirements analysis mainly contain the system of information management, users management, public facilities maintenance management, vehicles management, payments management and complaints management. Based on above six aspects, this paper designs the use case diagram in detail, and gives the corresponding use case description. According to the function of the system designed, the system uses the MVC structure, WEB, ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2008, to design and develop the overall architecture and topology structure of the residential property management system, and we to complete the system test. the detailed design of modules are: the system of information management, user management, public facilities maintenance management, vehicle management, payment management and complaint management. In specific design of the system,we designed function structure diagram according to each module, and provided flow chart and precedence diagram of each module.After the design of function modules,we employed SQL Server 2008 to designed the database of the entire system,and provided E-R graph and data sheet of the entire system and each submodule.Finally we designed the specific interface of each module,and completed the test of the entire system.The results of overall test of this residential property management system show that this system can meet different residential district's requirements, which based on the situation and need of the residential district. This system provides a good platform for the residential property company. Through this platform they can promptly and effectively solve the public facilities maintenance, proprietor arrearage, proprietor complaints, and other issues, improve the staff's working efficiency, improve the quality of service, and create a harmonious and healthy residential environment.
