Design And Implementation Of Community Property Management System Based On User Needs

With the continuous development of computer science and technology and social economy,people’s demand for property management is alse getting higher and higher,in order to meet the needs of the community,property management system came into being.This system uses the advantages of the computer and the Internet,using ASP.NET technology as a way to create applications,using C#as a programming language,using SQL SERVER 2008 as the backstage database,completed the design of residential property management system based on the needs of users.This paper first introduces the development background of the system,and the development tools and key technology used to do a simple introduction.This paper analysis from the aspect of information system in detail about the development process of residential property management.This thesis consists of seven chapters,respectively introduces the residential property management system development background,and the detailed feasibility system analysis(including details of software development tools SQL Server2008 and ASP.NET the working principle of the system are described in detail),function realization process from the demand analysis to the overall design and detailed design.Finally,the functions of the system are tested.The system embodies the humanized management system of high degree,efficient,easy maintenance.
