Pipe fitting, valve body wall automatic surfacing database system is build for storage,management the surfacing data of hot-wire TIG surfacing fully automatic welding machine.Using this welding machine can achieve surfacing corrosion resistant layer on the inner wall of pipe fitting, valve body, tapered bore and the flange end.It solved the problem of pipeline corrosion in high corrosive environment, thus meet using the seabed pipeline to carry a large number of oil and gas.The establishment of the Pipe fitting, valve body wall automatic surfacing database system, aimed at improve the working efficiency of the operator,solved the current problem of difficult to manage and set welding technology parameters.This thesis analyzed and studied the development and application on the existing welding database system,collected the relevant data of hot-wire TIG welding,and designed and developed the pipe fitting, valve body wall automatic surfacing database system combining with work habits of the operator.The system's design and development divided into four steps include demand analysis,outline design,detailed design and system implementation.The establishment of this system used Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 as development tool, Access as backend database and ODBC technology.The Pipe fitting, valve body wall automatic surfacing database system achieved classification management of various kinds of welding parameter,which include pipe fitting welding,valve body welding,tapered bore welding and the flange end welding.It implements the decentralized management.The ordinary users can only inquery all kinds of data from the database system.The administrator can add,modify and delete information in the database system.The ordinary users can see their own information,also can modify their own password.The application of the pipe fitting,valve body wall automatic surfacing database system changed the traditional work style of using manual work check welding information into using database system management the data.It can effectively reduce the workload of welding technology management,and improve work efficiency and productivity.It ensure guarantee the stability of the welding parameters and welding quality.It can carry out scientific and intelligent management of the pipe fitting, valve body wall automatic surfacing technology.It has the high practical value.
