Design And Implementation Of Dormitory Management System For The College Of TLRH

The TLRH vocational colleges in recent years students scale expands unceasingly, the traditional dormitory management way already cannot satisfy the need of student management, especially in the new process of low efficiency of dormitory distribution, in the daily management of dormitory in not in time to meet the service to students, student accommodation information can not be timely and relevant departments to share, in view of the above problems this paper presents the construction, dormitory management system based on B/S structure, to solve the low efficiency in the process of the emergence of dormitory management, data sharing and other difficult issues.The project adopts the object-oriented analysis and design method, first of all to carry out demand analysis, through to the dormitory management of each user role related demand investigation, demand analyzing use case diagram, use case specification analysis UML tools for the user, user functional requirements determine the tube on the dormitory. At the same time to the external network environment of the system, carries on the investigation to determine system performance requirements related to school dormitory system usage; in the design stage of dormitory system, project through the design of system software architecture, function hierarchy to grasp the overall structure of plain system, through the design of the system classes, students dormitory class, teacher class and other class diagram, dormitory the allocation sequence diagram, sequence diagram and check-out repair sequence diagram, activity diagram, detailed design student housing activity diagram tool to realize system; analysis of dormitory system data through a ER graph tools such as database structure, determine the dormitory system; in the implementation phase to complete the system interface design, security design housing business module coding and system; finally carries on the function test with the use of the system, the test case of equivalence class partition, boundary value means writing system. The test system includes the system function test, performance test, compatibility test and safety test.The system uses B/S architecture design, the use of ASP.Net technology, C# language development, the system database using SQL Server 2008, after the dormitory, dormitory distribution module, configuration module daily management module, statistical analysis module is realized, and the other business systems integration. System through the security design can prevent common security threats.The system of trial shows that the system fully realized the expected function, easy to use, flexible system. The full realization of the digital management of the dormitory management, improves the efficiency of the dormitory management, improve the majority of students dormitory satisfaction.
