The Design And Implementation Of RFID-based Intelligent Building Management System

In this era, science and technology are developing rapidly. Common living environment can not meet the needs of people today. With the development of the times, intelligent buildings will go into people's lives gradually. The intelligent buildings which regard the residential area as its platform and based on the integrated wiring, network communication technology, automatic control technology, embedded technology, collect and monitor the various information of the community or buildings, then provide intelligent services for residents. It provides intelligent services for residents, improve the safety, comfort, convenience buildings, automated building management. This design of intelligent building management systems, has low cost, high stability, easy to expand and other advantages.In this paper, the intelligent building management system based on RFID includes the following sections:intelligent building embedded server, intelligent subsystem, intelligent building management software, mobile client software. Among them, intelligent subsystem includes three parts which are intelligent access control system, intelligent elevator system, and intelligent parking system. ARM processor is the core of the server. The data first was analyzed, processed and stored by the server and then the data can be transported to each subsystem via CAN bus, WIFI,3G etc. Each intelligent subsystem, which take STM32 as the master chip, collect and deal with the information of the building, then transport the data to the server. Intelligent building management software can achieve the functions of inquiry, modify to information of the building, such as different persons, vehicles, elevators and so on. Mobile client software can communicate with the server via the 3G network, then complete the control instructions issued by the tenants.Based on the needs of intelligent building management system, this article determined the overall design scheme, and also designed the schemes of each subsystem, then completed the circuit design of intelligent building embedded server, intelligent access control system, intelligent elevator system and intelligent parking system. Software provides the phone client programs through the software platform built by Android, thus the tenants have the right to control and manage. The software also completed the terminal management software program, which makes the management to the intelligent building more centralized, systematic. Finally, intelligent building management system is tested, the test results show that the system is stable, in line with the design requirements.
