Based On Gsm / Gprs Remote Monitoring And Control Of The Central Air Conditioning System Design And Implementation

Along with the widely used central air-conditioning, traditional way of operating it uses controlling table, which has high demand for customers, so it is hard to maintain the best working conditions; at the same time, it adds to more repairing time when there is something wrong with air-conditioning for somebody must be sent there to repair it and one cannot get precise statistics of breakdowns beforehand. Under this condition, adding remote controlling function to the original monitoring system will not only save the repairing cost of factories but also greatly raise the level of satisfaction from the customers afterwards.Using wireless network transmitting technology, adopting GPRS TCP pattern of digital transmission and SMS function, applying microcontroller embedded system, database, JSP and Java technology, this paper designs hardware as well as software and fulfills remote controlling function of central air-conditioning.The paper designs and realizes a remote controlling system of central air-condition based on GSM/GPRS wireless network. By using the central air-conditioning controller,the GSM/GPRS telecommunication controller and the central server in Internet, this system completes the monitoring, gathering and storing of statistics when the air-conditioning is in work, also releases the working statistics per Web using JSP, at the same time, fulfils the remote control of central air-conditioning by providing web page management function. Together with mobile phone SMS, the system achieves the remote-controlling function of central air-conditioning.Through the verification of practice, this remote controlling system of central air-conditioning can finish most functions of local controller stand normally. It has novel design, reliable work, quite flexibility and high efficiency in its management, so its way of designing is positive to the nowadays similar central air-conditioning products.
