Design Of Integrated Server Software Based On VxWorks

In recent years, with the development of information technology in the field of industrial control, industrial control for the transmission of data security, stability and operability of the requirements become more and more high. The traditional server can only complete the function of the single data transmission, and the transmission mode and the interface can not be standardized, even more can not meet the performance requirements of modern industry.Integration server combines the OPC server and NTP server. Its main in the whole industrial system heat system platform and network data transmission and timing function. OPC server using OPC technology, the exchange between the entire network data standardization and better complete data transmission, also can make the required data transmission to transmission and prevent invalid data random transmission reduces the network congestion. NTP technology using NTP algorithm, realizes the network host timing function. On the basis of the increase of the integrated server configuration of the page, greatly enhance the visualization and humanization of the integrated server, making the operation of the integrated server and the use of more convenient.The analysis of demand from the server of integrated server network and technology scheme is determined after analysis of the function and performance index, at the same time, the design of the integrated server function module and the overall development process. In this paper, the development of OPC server development and NTP server using the embedded real-time operating system Vx Works and its development environment workbench, on this basis for OPC configuration files were development of web pages to enable the operator to the integrated server configuration on the page.Finally, this article has carried on the comprehensive server and configured the page test. The test results show that the integrated server OPC server can effectively required for transmission of data at the same time, it can block invalid data transmission, the NTP server can be good for thermodynamic system network timing service, web configuration can achieve of the configuration files in the basic operation and management. The design basically completed the expected design requirements, with a certained stability and reliability, while the configuration file of the page management also has a certain maneuverability, reached the expected goal.
