Design And Realization Of The Safety Product Of Double Two Out Of Two In VxWorks System

The Continuously increasing train speed puts forward higher request to thesecurity and reliability of railway system. Having the security of the railway system asa background, and based on existing redundant technology, this paper designs aVxWorks-based structure of double two out of two for the railway safety equipment, toimprove the reliability and safety of the system. The details are as follows:(1) After systematic research on redundancy technology at home and abroad, boththe synchronization and the vote in a system and the Reconstruction and the votebetween systems are designed.(2) Seeing that there is no temporary speed restriction equipment specific torailway system either home or abroad, the designed double two out of two structure isapplied in the platform of the Temporary Speed Restriction Server, and is realizedunder VxWorks. The feasibility and correctness of the design is verified through thedebugging and functional testing of the Temporary Speed Restriction Server.(3) The memory reading algorithm is improved in the realization of the doubletwo out of two in the Temporary Speed Restriction Server which makes it have astronger real-time performance.The research achievements of this paper lays the foundation for the constructionof high reliable safety platform specialized in the train operation and control system.,the application of the achievement is of great significance to guarantee the trainrunning safety.
