| Enterprise news spokesman system is a important management system for a enterprise to publish the news, deal with public relations and maintain the image of the enterprise.With the constant development of market economy and information technology, the consumer who pay more attention to the "right to know" put forward higher request to enterprise information release. Since 2001, lenovo and other well-known enterprises set up news spokesman system up to now, the well-known enterprises and state-owned enterprises have set up the system later. But frequent enterprise crisis also exposed the lack of corporate news spokesman system, so perfecting this system has a important practical significance.Domestic study of China’s corporate news spokesman system is not very deeply.This paper mainly adopts content analysis method, combined with my professional knowledge, analyzed the development history and the existing problems of this system, and put forward to improve the enterprise system of news spokesman system mechanism, by taking advantage of new media and connecting the public opinion field with the authority opinion filed.The whole thesis consists of five parts:The first part:This thesis mainly includes the study background and significance of Chinese enterprises news spokesman system, and introduces the creativity and research methods.The second part:Illustrating the situation of Chinese enterprise news spokesman system, including the definition and development history. The part of development history introduced the news spokesman system of America and the government spokesman system in our country, then to tease out the development of enterprise news spokesman system of China.The third part:This part that the status quo of the system analyzed the shortcomings existing in the system,which from two aspects,one is the construction of the system,the other is the ability of a spokesman.The fourth part:Making a preliminary study of the development trend of the enterprise news spokesman system, putting forward to perfect its system and mechanism, setting up professional news spokesman.The fifth part:Taking advantage of new media such as weibo, and breaking the obstacle between official public opinion and public opinion. |
