Design And Implementation Of Songjiang Community Residence Diabetes Information Management System

Songjiang community residence diabetes information management system is the first era of developing systems for Songjiang community residents'health information management platform. It is an informational tool which provides diabetes prevention/control and tracks residents' diabetes status for community hospital and second level health workers. It also provides scientific and statistic real cases' distribution information and change trend for the city's disease control bureau and government health department.This system realizes the following function demands. Basic information management, which conducts completed data management for the community's diabetes patients' information, medical resource information and treatment information, also shares information within the community's different medical centers. Patient case information management carries out completed dynamic track management for each patient's treatment information and current medical data. Patient visiting information management records information of each visit and process statistic analysis through experienced trend analysis modules. Work performance information management realizes health workers' working plan generation, working assignment distribution and real workload accounting. Data statistic analysis records all the community's diabetes control medical resources, and based on tracking the overall patient information dynamic changes, it generates diabetes trend statistic module to give middle to long-term resource demand estimation.This thesis focuses on discussing the above functions' software demand analysis, design, programming and test. This system is programmed by Java and SQL language, with background database platform using SQL Server. Through test and program modification, the system has been realizing the above function targets, and comes to practical assessment era based on large-scale real business data.
