Design And Implementation Of Information System On Economics Comprehensive Developing Of Songjiang District

The thesis discusses the development of social economic information system of Songjiang District. The system faces the industrial development and adjustment in the district, and her strategic objective of social economic conversion as well. For the management and implementation of the strategic objective, this information system can serve as a tool to provide effective information and helpful for the policy decision for the local government.The thesis presents the design and development on Songjiang economics information management system based on the software engineering concepts and methods. Firstly, it sketches the basic functions need by analyzing the local government's economic development planning, and focuses on the objectives of developing and applying the system. And for the key objectives, it focuses on the functions of basic data management, analyzing and evaluating of the economic growth status, and simulating and decision supporting of the industrial economic planning. Secondly, based on the function needs, the thesis discusses the information system modules on the design of the information system's outline, structure, database and main system function layer. And especially for the module of analyzing and evaluating of the economic growth status, and simulating and decision supporting of the industrial economic planning. Therefore, it comes out the discussion of the data structure, main objects and overall processing flows to realize and test the system.This information system is realized by programming with Java and SQL Server. The initial trial operation of the system shows that it does support the local government to improve the economic administration capability. On the aspect of providing the development indicators of local industrial economic growth, it reaches the development objective of the system.
