The Design And Research Of The Intelligent Communication Based On The BACnet

In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent building, residential intelligent has become a hot research topic. But with the reform and opening in China’s current intelligent village equipment suppliers in specification arc considered beneficial to their interests, make the communication of all sorts of equipment inside the village there is no uniform standard, many intelligent devices can only single use, cannot undertake information interaction, so that greatly increases the resident to the experience of intelligent facilities. So I need a standard to standardize the intelligent residential area is around the corner, the research of this paper conform to the trend, on the basis of the BACnet protocol designed a intelligent community system.BACnet protocol is presented in this paper, on the basis of combining the knowledge database and computer network, has developed an intelligent community system, the system contains information management system and the property management system. Under the two system contains six subsystems:home security systems, public security system, control management system, personnel management system, database management system and the data analysis system. The database management system is the key to the system platform, can be directly determine the whole performance of the system platform.BACnet protocol combined with the design of the IP protocol, the design can be exchanged with the Internet, dedicated to intelligent community of the agreement. The use of Web technology, the system platform of all interact pages, make management personnel not only the management of the whole community easily, also make better enjoy intelligent community residents. Then use Web technologies will be needed to express the page in real-time.
