Food prices are very volatile, update very fast, flexible discount and demand statistics is more complicated is the characteristic of the restaurant industry is very prominent. So the hotel to reduce operating costs and improve labor productivity, improve service quality and management level, economic benefits, USES the advanced hotel food consumption management system to improve competitiveness achieved important results. It can not only save the economic costs for restaurants, reduce the spending of human resource, but also to improve its image, make the hotel more diners, at the same time provides guests with premium services, which makes itself in a dominant position in the field of hotel.At first, this paper expounds the current development situation of hotel food and beverage industry, some of the problems in the process of development, by means of Delphi and SQL technology introduction, technology development, this paper discusses the related technical specifications, as well as the C/S framework model of jinxiu road in-depth analysis, and the hotel food and beverage management system and the definition and model of management information system to establish a mapping. Thus designed for hotel catering management automation, it will replace the hotel catering management with artificial processing ways of working, with advanced automation and digitalization to realize the hotel catering management is used as the daily, and can avoid the management work of negligence and management problems caused by all kinds of errors, able to timely, accurate, efficient complete hotel catering management provides powerful tools and management means. In hotel management and hotel operators also can maximize the interests of the hotel, thus, the development of the hotel in the future, which has laid a good foundation for more employment opportunities.
