Design And Implementation Of Investment Valuation And Accounting System For Huatai Insurance

In recent years, financial market reforms continue to deepen, the amount of investment in the insurance industry keeps increasing. Accounting also needs to keep up the development of the business. The traditional form of Excel accounting method has been very backward. In order to meet the increasing demand of automation accounting, it needs to develop a set of investment valuation system for the insurance industry. The System will do the accounting business process from accounting to closing. The processing mainly include the exchange of data clearing, account of the interbank transactions and OTC transactions, generating documents according to the accounting results, finally get the valuation reports and other financial statements. It will change the existing investment situation.This paper first analyzes the business requirement; sorts out the user case diagram and flow chart of the system. Then the paper does a non business analysis of the system, and summarizes the operating system and framework of it. This system is designed as C/S model, MDI window mode, can run on Windows series operating system above Windows 2000. The System is divided into two subsystems, which is valuation and financial system. The valuation subsystem is divided into basic information and Data clearing, document generation, valuation report, system management. The financial subsystem is divided into basic settings, account management, accounting, accounting report. Then the paper analyzes all of the modules of the System according to the structure, and does the System designing and database designing. And then it organizes the foreign key relationship between tables of database. Finally it tells the way to achieve the modules and gets some screenshot of the system.While the whole system is been in using, it will perfectly meet the requirement of the valuation of insurance asset investment. Through design and implement the system, it makes me be able to design and develop software by the theory of software engineering. I design the interface, in order to reduce learning costs for the user as much as possible. For business logic, the way of using maintainable logic parameters makes the system open and extensible.
