Design And Implementation Of Charge And Payment System For Tianan Property Insurance

In recent years, the insurance industry is developing rapidly, the insurance business constantly innovate. Premium business income is also increasing of the entire insurance industry. With the insurance business develops and innovates, the premium incoming and payment of all insurance companies will grow exponentially. The original mode with single function module in a general ledger system could not meet growing demand of incoming and payment. The requirement of separate the responsibilities of business people and accountant become more urgent. So, to improve the original system and rebuild a new charge and payment system becomes the background of this paper. There are interfaces with underwriting system, claim system, reinsurance system and sales management system in the new system, to treat the settlement bills centralized. Then, the system generates general ledger vouchers and posts them to the SAP system. It makes separating the business and accounting possible.This paper first analyzes the business requirement, sorts out the user case diagram and flow chart of the system. Then the paper does a non-business analysis of the system, and summarizes the operating system and framework of it. This system is designed as B/S model, with a browser thin client mode. It can be worked in any browsers of any operation systems theoretically. The charge and payment system is divided into contract issue after premium paying, down payment processing, activation insurance card, disposition of funds, suspense credits processing, bad debts processing, voucher query, basic information configuration and data post. Then the paper analyzes all of the modules of the system according to the structure, and does system designing and database designing. And then it organizes the foreign key relationship between tables of database. Finally it tells the way to achieve the modules and gets some screenshot of the system.While the system is in using, it perfectly meets the requirement of improving performance of the paying and charge module. Through design and implement the system, it makes me be able to design and develop software by the theory of software engineering. I design the interface, in order to reduce learning costs for the user as much as possible. For business logic, the way of using maintainable logic parameters makes the system open and extensible.
