| With the development of informational education and the improvement of computer hardware in primary and secondary schools, it is urgently needed to construct a city-featured elementary education resource database to meet some regional demands for basic education development. Therefore, in this paper, it is intended to have a proposal on how to establish an open, prospective and standard city level basic-education resource database system, based on the introduction of the construction standards, present status and developing trends of education resources database both at home and abroad.After a full evaluation on the strengths and weaknesses of different technical routes and design frames, it adopts PHP MVC Model as the development framework according to the characteristics of web application system and the practice of project construction, which is helpful to decrease the repetition of some basic work. Due to the arrival of the Web3.0 era, the technique requirements for front-end system increase. So the Bootstrap Front-end framework is introduced with its rich components to provide a better user experience. Web 3.0 also brings changes in the database design process and the duty divisions, which somehow means the emphasis of the database design is on how to separate the front-end design from the back-end design.Based on MVC framework and front-end technology, this paper discusses the whole design and implementation process of the basic-education resource database system from the project requirement analysis to the interface design; including interactive design, visual design, front-end page production, page logic implementation, back-end model design, control system design, interface design, database design, database implementation, system deployment plan, deployment process design, and the deployment essentials under virtual environment.At the end of the paper, it summarizes the implementation process of the database system and forecasts its future development. |
