Research And Devolopment Of The NGB Smart Television Operating System

With the accelerating fusion between the traditional radio & television media and the rising media, people have more demands from this integrated television business. Smart television operating system is not only one critical technique of smart television business, but also a basic work related to radio & television culture safety and strategic development. Independent Research and popularizing on this smart television operating system has a profound meaning for ensuring radio& television culture safety, leading the development of smart television business and supporting the fast and sustainable development of radio& television digitalizing.This paper mainly discusses the analysis and devise of application orienting layers of TVOS(Television Operating System). Based on the Linux core and existing application in this area, this paper comes up with schemes about technique routine, architecture and safety for TVOS. Firstly, this paper illustrates smart television system and DCAS(Downloadable Conditional Access System). Secondly, Based on analysis of television business, this paper carries on the TVOS demand analysis, including the analysis of the function requirements and the safety requirements of the smart television operating system application orienting layers. The application orienting layers are composed by application frame layer, executive environment layer and component layer. Lastly, this paper issues the overall design and the detailed design of the system application orienting layers. Meanwhile, the DCAS and other safety rules have been integrated into the system to meet the demand of system-level safety.Now The system is in the phase of devise and development. The system has achieved the standardization and the scientific of the smart television management, also achieved the ultimate objective to improve work efficiency.
