Design And Implementation Of Telecommunications Fraud Investigation Collaboration System

With the development of economy and the popularization of telephone and network, there are more and more telecommunications fraud, the means of fraud is more and more advanced, reconnaissance ability is more and more strong. Therefore, the traditional detection method is not suitable. The manual entry of fraud information and assistance information, because of the heavy workload, not easy to save, query fallible, and will gradually be replaced by the information system. In recent years, the public security system gradually into the information era. The successful implementation and application of the "Golden Shield"system, laid the foundation for the public security criminal investigation system digitalization and modernization.This system according to the actual needs of the public security investigation department, set up S2SH four layer system structure. It can effectively solve the traditional C/S model call and interactive services, to facilitate the realization of the reuse of software and the module, easy system integration, using Oracle database, to facilitate the realization of the query, data storage and transfer.In this paper, from the functional demand, the investigation of telecommunications fraud detection collaboration system is divided into five basic function module, information collection module, detection module, an investigation of information module, query management module and alarm module. The information collection contains fraud information input and fraud information maintenance two function; investigation including Telecom flow investigation and capital flow investigation two functions; an investigation of information includes an investigation of information release management, investigation, information processing, information reply investigation investigation information query and complaint information five functions; management information query, query contains fraud bank account inquiry, telecommunication system, information query and query case suspect query five function; alarm include investigation and reply investigation two functions to be processed.The system uses the Web Service architecture, the distributed system is independent of platform, standardization of data communication, it can communication across the firewall, it is easy to realize the remote calling, integrated, convenient packaging and software sharing, better realization of software reuse and other characteristics, is convenient for system development, make the business developers can focus on the design of system function without writing complex repetitive code. The Web Service can solve the system data exchange and message passing, to make the investigation system work based on a variety of different data sources.
