Enter the information age of the 21 st century, the public demand for knowledge and information to the public to express ever more urgent, the network, especially in emerging microblogging, because its fast and convenient, making it the rapid development of application platforms become more than self ideas, and share an important platform for the exchange of ideas.Upgrading of the rapid development of network applications and technologies, and mobilize the traditional sense is no longer one-way passive mobilization, not through traditional media tools(such as newspapers, television, radio, etc.) released information, social mobilization has already begun with the network channel publishing messages, initiate action, the public is no longer unilaterally to receive information, but a two-way interactive options.
