In existing research on this problem-solving ideas, the use of microwave detection method works best, but still detect the presence of existing programs suited to high-speed production rates, lower accuracy, can not regulate it, control test parameters is not flexible enough and other issues, in order to improve the above problems develop measurement and control system based on embedded plug of the microwave method, the subject of implementing the system, embedded hardware platform and industrial computer monitor program.Subject analyzes the detailed requirements of embedded hardware systems and industrial computer programs, including performance requirements of embedded hardware system, the role of the input and output signals, data categories to be processed, the characteristics of the data, the hardware system’s various functional modules, chip chose, circuit design, and the entire hardware circuit board layout and testing. TMS320F2812, a chipwith a high performance and various interface is chosen as the hardware platform processor, the analog density signal is introduced into the plug of processor built- in ADC module, and the density signal processing results sent through communication port, production adjustment action IO port connect to the production unit. Industrial computer program completes serial data reception, storage, display, send s the user operation instruction to the embedded systems, thus realized human-computer interaction.The study embedded hardware system testing and validation of industrial computer program simulation test data to verify the correctness of hardware platform and validity of the industrial computer program finally. The results of the joint test of industrial computer program and embedded hardware indicate the hardware system works well, and the industrial computer program meets the design needs, this research achieved the desired functionality. |
