The development of hybrid cars has been restricted due to the short cycle life and low power density of the traditional power battery.the study found that the composite power system make up the both the slow charging of traditional battery and low specific energy problems of super capacitor.In this paper,the parameter matching and the corresponding control strategy of composite power source for the hybrid bus is research.hardware and software are designed for the vehicle signal acquisition system and the control of the super capacitor charging and discharging system based on TMS320F2812,finally the experimental platform is build to verify the composite power system.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several connection methods of storage battery and super capacitor,a suitable combination of the system is selected.On the basis of the vehicle total power demand,the driving motor model was selected,and the parameters of the battery and super capacitor were matched.By using MATLAB to build the equivalent model of composite power,the efficiency of composite power system is verified.The hardware and software development of the charging and discharging system is completed based on the TMS320F2812.Combined with CCS3.3 and LabVIEW software,the real-time communication and monitoring of the host computer is realized.The printed circuit board(PCB)based on DSPF2812 as the main control core of the composite power supply system is made,and the signal integrity of the PCB is studied and analyzed.Combined with the idea of anti-interference measures and the optimization of the wiring,the performance of PCB is improved.Not only the stability of PCB is improved,but also the ability to resist external electromagnetic interference is enhance.The experimental platform for composite power charging system is build.Thecollection of the vehicle signal and control of super capacitor charging and discharging process is completed.combined with the hardware of anti-interference and comparison of the experiment results,effectiveness of interference suppression method is verified.
