Design And Implementation Of An Enterprise Collaborative Communication System

With the continuous development of market and technology, enterprises have growing demands for communication, the traditional communication means become unable to meet the need of people during work and everyday life, thus unified communications arises at the historical moment. Unified communication is a kind of fusion communication which is based on IP, it has become a common consensus that fusion networks is the direction of future network development. Unified communication applications characterized by integration of fusion will also grow fast with the attention of numerous manufacturers.After analyzing the existing problems of enterprise unified communication software, the paper proposes a scheme of realizing cooperative communication, the schema is based on Mongo DB and fusion network as well as suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise internal communication.The thesis first analyzes demands of the system which can be divided to several modules according to their functions: meeting module, group messaging module, contacts module, accounts management module, history module and so on. Then, introduce the overall design of system using the MVC design mode, describe the overall structure chart and function module chart. Then the detailed design of the system's five modules is shown,including the APIs and databases used to design each module. Finally, the implementation and logic flow chart of each module is deeply described.Enterprise collaborative communication software is a multiple chat software, it fully considers the user itself characteristics, through the integration of a variety of communication means(cell phone, telephone, computer, the device). The client integrates different kind of communications, including voice, SMS, IM, email, etc. It can access to a variety of network models including wired network, wireless WIFI, 3G, 4G. The user does not need to be in the same place and be able to meet anytime and anywhere, greatly reducing the cost of manpower and time during enterprise face to face meeting, realizing enterprise efficient and convenient communication.
