Design And Implementation Of Quality Inspection Subsystem Of A Hotel Information Platform

In recent years, the Internet is developing rapidly, it has affected various industries, such as the hotel industry. More and more hotels began to use the Internet to change their management and marketing approach,The information degree of hotels has become an important factor in the competition between hotels. The hotel information platform is designed and developed to promote the information of hotels, it contains many different subsystems, such as personnel information management, hotel quality control, user surveys, workflow and knowledge base and so on.Quality inspection is a core subsystem of the hotel information platform, which covers all aspects of the quality control of the hotel, including basic data maintenance, quality inspection tasks, tracking of the problem items and some other modules. In the design and implementation process, the following questions and solutions in the main study: Page layout and data presentation, use modeling tools in system development, optimization of MySQL database, partial page refreshing, browser compatibility issues, java report development. To solve these problems, the system uses the SSH framework for development and it conforms with the MVC development model, and use div and CSS for page layout, Ajax and some other popular web development technology has also been applied to the development of the system, it also uses some JavaScript libraries(such as jQuery) and java library(such as POI library) to aid development.The system was developed with the proven J2 EE technology, and it realizes each module defined in the requirements, at the same time, the system takes full advantage of open source tools and libraries to simplify the development, which enhances the system's scalability and robustness. After the system is put into use, it can run stably and reliably, it basically replaces the traditional handmade quality control methods and can save time and reduce input costs.
