The rapid development of economy and technology, making all walks of life formed and perfected the corresponding chain gradually. And the products are swept people’s lives. With social stability, people’s living standards improve, product safety issues and the quality issues have become the focus of attention. Therefore, it is important to combine with increasingly sophisticated Internet technology and electronic information technology, and development and design a product quality supervision and inspection management system which is of full-featured and easy to use.This thesis starts from the development status of product quality management system, conducts a thorough investigation and study of the existing domestic and foreign quality inspection system. At the same times, combines with the specific chain and production standards in Dongguan, to research and design a suitable product quality supervision detection information system in Dongguan, which used Microsoft.Net as a development platform, using the simplified ASP Web development process of the.Net Framework, to achieve C/S and B/S system architecture model, giving full play of C/S and B/S own advantages, making the system can freely apply to stand-alone, local area network environment and the Internet network environment. The main work of this thesis is as follows:First, it needs to analysis the business processes of Dongguan major industrial chain, and to model the system based on the business needs, analyzing the feasibility of the system. Then install and configure the.Net runtime environment, to build the system development platform.After the success of the platform, it continues to design and to develop the quality supervision and management information system. The functional and non-functional requirements of this quality management system must have to be done. And in the overall design and detailed design, it uses the UML unified modeling language to modeling the system, to build the system architecture and implement the system.In the implementation process of the system, it includes the design and implementation of the client terminal and the server terminal. The server terminal selects the ordinary PC, using the Windows XP operating system, configures it with the IIS, which is easy for users to access the network. In the system, it designed to implement the functions of sample management, business acceptance, test data entry, data verification, statistical analysis, inspection equipment management, standards management, staff management and office automation management and so on.Finally, it needs to test the quality supervision and inspection management system. In order to make the system reliable, stable and scalable, it builds a test environment, and tests the functional and non-functional requirements.
