Display technology has risen to a more important place relying on the development of multi-media technology. Laser scanning projection is shining in peoples' lives with popularization of mobile terminal equipment and progress of display technology. Laser scanning projection display technology has unique feature, which traditional projection display technology doesn't have, including large color gamut, high efficiency and long service life. Any resolution picture can be projected in any irregular plane by Laser scanning projection display technology. However current Laser scanning projection display technology has technical matters to overcome including fabrication of vibration mirror device and display control. Minitype laser projection device has been created abroad by a few manufacturers and research institutes recently. But such technology is mastered by them and they just choose to provide the finished product, leading to no mature technology solving relative problem appear at home. These years some domestic research institute has made out two-dimensional harmonic oscillator MEMS scanning mirror, a series of research on two-dimensional harmonic oscillator MEMS scanning mirror is realized in this thesis. Firstly, principle of laser scanning projection display technology based on two-dimensional harmonic oscillator mirror is demonstrated and has been simulated in Maltab. Secondly, key parameters of display technology are analyzed quantificationally. Finally, detail implementation of system principle is given in experiment. Laser scanning projection system of Lissajous figure based on two-dimensional harmonic oscillator mirror is proposed from the perspective of principle, simulation and practice. Extensive application based on two-dimensional harmonic oscillator mirror is discussed in fifth chapter marking that two-dimensional harmonic oscillator mirror and laser scanning projection display technology have inestimable development potential.
