In recent years, with the continuous development and application of internet technology and digital technology, tremendous changes are faced in all walks of life. In publishing field, the omni-media publishing comes into being in this digital wave. This new way of publishing not only brings the opportunity of development to the traditional publishing industry, but also makes the traditional publishing practitioners face a great challenge.What is the omni-media publishing, what is the current status of the omni-media publishing in our country, how to seek development in the wave of the omni-media publishing, which are this study exactly attempt to explore. In view of the relatively stronger adaptability of the omni-media publishing in the field of children's publishing,the field of children's omni-media publishing is chosen as the research object in this paper.Based on this understanding, the related concept is defined in the prolegomena of this paper, the basic content and research status of the omni-media publishing are also introduced. Then the development history, present situation, market characteristics and related influence of the omni-media publishing in children's field are comprehensively described throughout the second and third chapter of this paper. The characteristics and trends in publishing planning are analyzed from the three aspects, such as topics planning,production planning, marketing planning in the the fourth and fifth chapter. Next,successful experience of the omni-media publishing is analyzed through taking the "Zombies" Series which published by China Children Publishing House as a research case in the sixth chapter of this paper. Finally, the status of the omni-media publishing of our country and the skills of publish planning about children's book are summarized.Briefly, there are two research emphasis of this paper: the first, analyzing of the status and market characteristics of the omni-media publishing in the field of children's publishing; the second, exploring the publishing planning skills of the omni-media publishing in the field of children's publishing, which would provide some reference for practices.
