Research And Implementation Of Collaborative Product Development Platform For Enterprise Group

With the increasing of global market competition and the growth individual needs of customers, and modern products more complex in the structure, function and technology, a single enterprise has been unable to complete the entire process of product development due to the limitations of technology and resources. Cross-enterprise collaborative product development has become a common working way. However, in the process of collaborative product development, non-development work links like the transmission and management of data between enterprises takes up too much time. And in the process of collaborative product development, communicating not real-time and adequately between enterprise, and providing feedback untimely have affected seriously the product development cycle.Starting from improving the collaboration efficiency of inter-enterprise, the work of this paper includes the following aspects.(1) Taking a domestic enterprise group as the research object, the collaborative product development business process is elaborated, and the existing problems and platform requirements are analyzed. On this basis, the overall design of collaborative product development platform is carried on.(2) To model collaborative product development process, a collaborative task model is established. And state control based on collaborative task and deliverable from macro to micro, version management of collaborative task's input and output data, and security control based on three policies are proposed. At the same time, problem management is put forward to record and track the communication content and solutions between enterprise during collaborative task.(3) A star type share architecture, document as a carrier of shared data and the way of organizing shared data by the folder directory are brought up. And database data using “two level push” method and electronic file using “one-push and one-pull” method to synchronize shared data is proposed. Finally, consistency and security of data is ensured by updating shared data dynamically.(4)Based on the actual business needs of the domestic enterprise group, collaborative product development platform for enterprise group based on Inte PLM is developed. And the platform has been implemented and applied successfully in the enterprise group.
