As the state increases efforts to promote the construction of large-scale coal-electricity bases and the transformation of the existing power plant generating units, power plant construction and renovation will be an important job, and the heat engine system design is an important part of power plant design, effective aided design software will greatly improve the working efficiency of designers. In view of lack heat engine system design aided calculation software on the market, the thesis designed and implemented it and called it HSCS for short.The thesis carried out a detailed analysis on the functions of HSCS, and had the main functions set extraction into a process engine, and designed and implemented it by process engine technology. HSCS establishes public business processes through the equipment and formula management module and the model management module, establishes business package and instantiate public business process to business package by project management module, executes business process by model calculation module, in this way, the thesis realized the software process engine, and finally completed the whole computing software with other common support modules. The main work is as follows:First, the thesis analyzed the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research status of the software. On this basis, HSCS was analyzed in detail and designed from three aspects of function overview, requirement analysis and database design.Second, the thesis studied the design method of the process engine for HSCS. According to the order of business process life cycle, from business process modeling, business process instantiation to business process execution, the software process engine was analyzed and studied, and it was designed. The thesis put forward the concept of the business package, divided business process into public business process and package business process, the package business process was instantiated from the public business process and shared a set of equipment data, realized data sharing in package.Third, the thesis realized HSCS based on process engine, from the software architecture, the public facilities, the process engine, to the realization of other common parts, a detailed description of the implementation methods of HSCS was introduced.The HSCS provides a common set of equipment data for each designer, and the data is updated iteratively in the process of repeated calculation, solved the difficulty of data sharing in the design process, greatly facilitates the designer.
