Research And Implementation Of The OAM Mechanisms In The Ptn Network Management System

With the usage of PTN technology in next-generation backbone communications network, it requires improving running PTN network maintenance capabilities. Efficient OAM function is required to ensure the quality of group business high transmission, so the research of OAM mechanism in PTN network management system becomes very meaningful.This thesis analyzes the hierarchical model of PTN network.According to the application of OAM in the PTN network, the OAM packet and protocol are analyzed in detail,and the related OAM mechanism is studied and improved, and implemented in network management system.The content of this thesis is mainly as follows:(1) Research PTN technology,analysis PTN technical architecture,and then analysis and research on PTN OAM principles and protocol.Finally,instruct the relationship between the path selection and OAM,and tell the synchronization mechanism and the memory model of OAM object on the aspect of the performance of communication network management system.(2) Point out the shortcomings of the traditional path algorithm,and And the traditional algorithm has made the improvement and the optimization,The improved algorithm is applied to the network management system, and the improved algorithm is analyzed.and then find the improvement methods of OAM data object in the communication performance.in the thesis,the author point out that we can improve performance of data communication and system response time by the synchronization of JAVA language data and simplify the OAM memory object.(3) Design and implementation the OAM module of PTN network management system.The thesis divided the OAM management module into two modules: the configuration management and the capacity management.Analysis and design on the two modules respectively.In the OAM configuration management module,based on the analysis and design of this module, the function of OAM is further realized.OAM function module is divided into two big functions:fault detection and performance test.Fault detection function include:loop back test, tracking, verification, connectivity, locking and fault indication function and so on.Performance detection function includes two basic functions:drop test and delay test.Thesis implements the function of the OAM module.PTN network management system is studied by the thesis, It can carry on the business based on the number of the network configuration of the OAM route choice, besides, the network management system has been optimized and improved, making the system more efficient and safe.The thesis implements the management of PTN network related OAM functions, to ensure good network operation and maintenance.
