With the increasing of the network, the Internet is more and more important in people's lives. Also with the increasing of the network, the vast information especially concurrent real-time data streams reduce the ability of the communication of the entire network, so we urgently need to improve the network communication transmission efficiency. There are three methods to improve the network communication transmission efficiency:improving the hardware's ability; optimizing the network structure; improving routing strategy. Improving routing strategy is the most effective and simplest method in these methods. This paper researches the routing strategy evaluation method and the routing strategy.First of all, this paper researches the traditional routing strategy evaluation method----order parameter routing strategy. Find and proved by the simulation two defects of the order parameter routing strategy. One is the same parameters will produce different physical meaning results. It increased the difficulty to get the accurate result, and cannot use the statistical methods to reduce error, such as averaging the results. Another one is the order parameter routing strategy cannot evaluate the efficiency of routing strategy when the network in different states. This paper improved order parameter evaluation method based on the above two defects and then put forward Optimized Order Parameter (OOP) evaluation method. After that the simulation proved that the OOP evaluation method overcome the defects of the order parameter evaluation method. So using OOP evaluation method to evaluate routing strategy is more accurate.Then this paper researches the routing strategy in-depth. With the deeply understanding of the Internet, researchers found the scale-free feature of Internet AS level topology. And found that the transmission efficiency of traditional shortest path routing strategy used in scale-free networks had more room to improve. So researchers put forward many effective methods to improve routing strategy. Efficient path routing strategy is among them, and received widespread attention. This paper research routing strategy based on efficient path routing strategy, in this process found the bottleneck of efficient path routing strategy. And then put forward evenly adding weight routing strategy based on efficient path routing strategy. At last, the simulation proved that adding weight routing strategy improved efficient path routing strategy, and enhanced the transmission efficiency of the network communication.
