The Design Of Intel (?) Tablet App Showcase Application

At present, ARM company occupies a great market share in the field of mobile chip,for Intel,that always dominates PC chip market, the close cooperation of OEM(hardware manufacturers) and launch new tablet and mobile phone continuously is an important step in the strategic plan. Today,in the era that the Internet as the mainstream, Intel has more need to provide presentation and demonstration platform for its own technology or products timely and effective.In the era of mobile Internet, rapid iterative updates is the basis of development, the core functions of the original web page app, not only allows us to use the same function on the PC that on the mobile device, but also improves the convenience of use,and increase the experience of the users.The topic of this paper is derived from process of the author's internship,for participating in the development of the App project called Intel R App Showcase in the Beijing branch, this App is not only retaining the function of showing excellent application and front end innovative technology of the original web page,but also providing App downloads that combining with the user's needs,not only for this,it also implementing the purposes of the domonstrating and communicating of the demos.Author takes the role of the interaction designer in the project, at take part in the work of visual design and visual optimization at the same time.This project includes user research, requirements definition, interaction design, visual design, etc,and the entire project is an interative process.Products for developing for the operating system of Android mobile platform, at the same time adapting the tablet of X86 architecture and part of the phone.Paper first begins with the location of the users, puts forward the new demand of the user requirements according to the research data and the need, determines the framework design of the products.With front, introdes the prototype of the interaction design and the visual design of the products. The coordinate work with the frond-end android developers and testing people.As the cycle process of the developing,testing, modifing, releasing to complete the entire development process.At the last,thesis summarizes the problems encountered in the design and the solution of the problem.
