The Design And Implementation Of High School Students Subsidization Platform

Nowadays, a lot of students from poor families quit their education, which is one of the most concerning, direct-acting and realistic problems in benefit for the public.This problem attracts extensive attention from the whole society.Thus, the CPC central committee and the state council pay high attention to subsidize poor students, and regard promoting education fairness as a national basic education policy. The main content of delivering people-satisfied education is to ensure that poor students have the chances to receive education fairly.The means and scale of financial assistance to the poor students from the country and social forces are developing day by day. We can apply information technology to improve efficiency and completeness of fund data, which guarantees the timeliness, accuracy and fairness of funded work. These will be important contents of subsidization in the future.The main purpose of this paper is to use modern software development technology to design and develop a comprehensive management information system according to current student subsidization under the guidance of the software engineering methodology. Firstly, this paper elaborates current management situation of student subsidization. The emphases and difficulties of system development are analyzed and the core technical problems are discussed. Secondly, the deployment and implementation feasibility of student management system are analyzed. Then it uses Power Designer to analyze and design operation process model of each functional module in the system. At last, the design method and process of the system are introduced in detail based on analysis results, and the implementation scheme of each module is determined.By choosing Java language, this system adopts SSH framework(Which meets J2 EE technical specification) for system construction. It reduces design and development work, and meanwhile improves stability, security and flexibility of software systems.At the same time, using Oracle as database meets data processing requirements.This system has implemented the information maintenance and management in education administrative departments, schools, students, subsidized students, and social subsidization. It changes the former way of using single application software to collect,report and analyze data dispersedly,and forms the new working mode of usingholistic management system to report,do statistic,track and analyze. In the new mode,the whole process of data reporting, statistics, tracking and analyzing can be done. At present, the system has been put into use. According to its application, the system designed and developed in this paper is practical to some extent.
