With the opening of the Chinese public trial process information network,twenty provinces throughout the country has set up a unified judicial process information platform and build links in Chinese public trial process information network,the trial process open system of Tianjin People's court is becoming more and more important.Let the judicial power exercised in the sunshine is the most important way to improve the judicial publicly.Guaranteed the legal right to participate in public of many people.The trial process open system is divided into two main directions.one is push legal documents onto the Internet,the contractor can choose documents which has access to the Internet,do some necessary technical treatment,through layers of approval,finally submitted to the court and China,referee instruments net.Another is open the process of the lawsuit,the public can query case information by filling in case number and the query code.We use PowerBuilder to develop our documents on the Internet system,use the c/s architecture to complete the desktop client software.For network cases query,we use the J2EE system structure,using the framework of Spring and MVC,combined with Hibernate,Ajax and other commonly used technical means,also we continue to use the national court of general Sybase database system as the data storage.This paper first describes the background of the development of the trial process open system,describes the work of this paper mainly.The main technology used in the process of development and make a brief introduction.Then we analyze the system demand,the functional requirements of the trial process open system,and do some requirement analysis.The overall design of the main module and the hierarchical structure of the system,detailed design introduced the specific solution module.Then describes the system implementation process,according to the contents of the detailed design we introduced the implement of the system.Finally,according to the present stage of system developing we make a summary and Prospect.
