As the development of information technologies? There is plenty of multimediacontent available in our homes, stored in multimedia disk drives, personal computers,or digital cameras. As such, people want to enjoy any content, anywhere, any time,be able to enjoy the convenience of the content through the network, regardless ofthe source of information, their location and what device they use. The newgeneration of mobile terminals will form a human-centric digital home environment,multi-screen multi-network integration will also become important in people's livesin the future network service model.Digital Home is committed to achieve the various types of devices, includingPersonal Computers (PC), Mobile Devices, and Consumer Electronics (CE) in awired or wireless network seamlessly integrate with each orther to share digitalmedias. Digital Living Network Alliance initiative to develop a viable frameworkfor such interoperable product design. Because UPnP Architecture to meet thedemands,"Devices could automatically networked, media devices identify, manageand transfer media contents, media control devices discover devices on the network, and collaborate with these devices in a uniform and consistent manner",and becomethe Device Discovery and Control solution, and the Media Management solution, for DLNA devices.Firstly, expressed the DLNA Architecture hierarchy, and working principle, followed focuses on the UPnP architecture-UPnP Device Architecture and UPnPAudiao/Video Management Architecture. HTTP/IP protocol suite is the foundationfor communication and transmission for DLNA devices, the use of XML, TCP/UDPand other internet components, accessing to control devices via SSDP, SOAP, GENAand some other protocols. Let universal communication protocols instead of devicedrivers, does not rely on any physical medias, regardlesses of the operating systemand programming language restrictions, for device discovery and control.UPnP Audio/Video Architecture fully practices the " do their job " mentality, the mediadevices manage content distribution, control points are only responsible forcoordinating the work of the media device in accordance with a controlled manner, without interference what methods they used. UPnP, connecting standalone device, sharing services and content. This paper studied how to use UPnP theory, implementation supportsinteractive media content across a lightweight multi-screen terminal applicationcomponents of the system on the Android system. This paper analyzes the UPnPworkflow, draw the structure of the device architecture and media architecture, specifications, component decomposition, module division, and modify thearchitecture and structural design, the output of the target system based on actualdemand. Taking into account the code reusability, and system stability, depend onother aspects of the system resources to complete further optimized. Codes on thebasis of design, and describes the various components of the implementationprocess. In this topic?by implementing the UPnP device architecture and UPnP mediamanagement architectures of media player, media server and control points, andultimately achieve seamless connectivity and access control equipment functionalrequirements in DLNA.
