The main content of this topic research is a new kind of bionic micturitioncontroller based on fuzzy control system development. Subject is from the shenzhenscience and technology plan projects. For spinal cord injury patients, and somepostoperative patients, in order to help patients restore bladder urination function,hospital mainly take intermittent catheterization techniques. But there is noapplication in intermittent catheterization techniques of automatic control system,no effective solution to help patients of urethral catheterization and to control theresidual urine appropriate within the scope of the effective methods. Clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of diseases and internal stress is one of the importantphysiological parameters of intra-abdominal pressure monitoring in the care ofcritically ill patients attaches great importance to, and can provide a basis fordiagnosis and treatment in patients, observe the effect after the surgery. Thereforedeveloped to complete urethral catheterization related functions, as well as a way tomonitor at any time within the bladder pressure controller has very importantsignificance.This article from some related on the basis of theoretical analysis, the changeof pressure and volume of bladder, subject to the patient's bladder pressure andvolume change rule and the classical fuzzy control theory as the foundation, basedon fuzzy control are studied controller design and implementation of a new type ofbionic micturition, mainly including the structure of a new type of bionicmicturition controller design, hardware circuit design, software design, and theapplication of fuzzy control algorithm.New type of bionic micturition controller hardware design mainly includes theMCU core module, pressure monitoring module, display module, pressure suctionmodule, the design of the power supply module, keys module circuit, and analyzesthe design principle of each part of the module and function. Controller softwaredesign of the part is based on the classical fuzzy control theory to design the fuzzycontroller.Related laws in the research process of patients with bladder urination andcontroller on the basis of the basic functions, this paper designed the bladdersimulation experiment equipment. Bladder simulation experiment equipmentinvolved in the production of simulation experiment equipment structure design,add and subtract the application of the simplified method of step motor. Urinationcontroller developed in this paper, a new type of bionic experiments on bladdersimulation experiment equipment, control effect of the controller are verified through the experiment many times.The development of the new type of bionic micturition controller involves theintelligent control theory, sensors, monitoring technology, electronic circuit design,structural design, and other fields of knowledge. Compared with traditionalintermittent catheterization techniques, new bionic micturition controller can realizeautomatic micturition, residual urine volume control and real-time monitoringfunction of bladder pressure, to help the patient recover, and the doctor has very bigeffect to understand the illness development at any time.
