Northeast modern higher education started late,but under the influence of the late Qing Dynasty gradually formed the rudiment and made steady progress.Especially during the period of Beiyang Government ruled by the zhangs,the Northeast China established many new colleges and universities,although the scale is not large,it has also expanded the space for the late development of higher education in Northeast China.In 1931,the "September 18 Incident" broke out,the northeast region fell into the colony of Japanese imperialism,the Japanese authorities forcibly took over the northeast of higher education,carried out colonial enslavement education policy,strengthened the Japanese teaching and practice of education in Colleges and universities,preached the emperor humanitarian and royalism.Through these ways,the Japanese authorities obliterated the Northeast students' national consciousness and patriotism.Until the Japanese surrendered in 1945,the higher education in Northeast China has been dominated by engineering,medical and Agricultural Majors,the size of these schools is small and the number of enrolment is not large.Under the policies and measures taken by the Japanese imperialists against the laws of education,the Northeast higher education has a few twists and turns,and the fate is very rough.The full text is mainly discussed in the following five parts:The first part:Introduction.It includes the definition of the concept,the purpose and significance of the research,the research review,the research methods and the innovation points.The second part:The general situation of higher education in the Northeast before the fall of the northeast.It summarizes Northeast of higher education beginning and origin of northeast fall before the development of higher education.The third part:The related policies of higher education in the period of the fall of the northeast.It elaborates the occupation of northeast China policy of higher education,"new system" in 1937,and higher education laws and regulations.The fourth part:The development of higher education in the period of northeast occupied area.It describes the occupation of northeast China damage,recovery and reconstruction of higher education.Then it describes the development of higher education.Finally it analyzes the characteristics of higher education in this period.The fifth part:Northeast reflection on the occupation of the higher education history and modern thingking,combining with historical contribution to the occupation of university teachers and students in northeast China and higher education are harm for reflection,the value of modern higher education and management thinking.
