Research On The Students' Learning Quality Of Independent Recruitment

Independent recruitment is designed based on the unified college entrance examination system,and its fundamental purpose is to have the academic expertise and innovation potentials of high-quality talents for the college selection.Since 2003,it has gone more than 10 years and the evaluation from community on independent recruitment system is various.With the quality becoming the fundamental demand for the development of higher education,improving the quality of self-enrollment,one of the entrance examination system of college entrance examination,has become the precondition and key to improve the quality of talents' training.In this study,the purpose of analyzing the present learning quality of the students' independent recruitment system from the micro perspective and selecting the undergraduate students of Lanzhou University as the investigation object is to explore the status of independent recruitment students' learning quality and its influencing factors through the comparative analysis on the learning quality between independent recruitment college students and ordinary students,which can provide the ideas for the further reform for independent recruitment system and improve the independent recruitment class college students' learning quality.The main conclusions are as follows: i)the students' learning quality of the independent recruitment is higher than that of the ordinary college entrance examination students;ii)students' learning quality in college training with independent recruitment characteristics is higher than that of the ordinary students;iii)personal input level of college students in the independent recruitment is not high;iv)independent recruitment of college students prefer to use a deep approach to learning;v)college students of independent recruitment are driven by the internal and external motivation;vi)the learning effect of the students in independent recruitment is obvious;vii)learning quality of the college students in independent recruitment is affected by many factors.Based on the above analysis,some enlightenments are gained as follows: i)continue to implement the system of independent recruitment;ii)optimizing the personnel training mode;iii)perfecting the campus environment support;iv)increase the level of personal input.
