Independent recruitment has gradually become an important way to select talents after more than10years of development since2001, which has developed a lot of excellent talents with innovation and specialization and promoted the educational development. However, there exist a lot of problems in our independent recruitment mode, such as:autonomy limitation, ineffective supervision and management, low recruitment efficiency, unequal access to education, and lack of scientificalness for written examination, etc., which has negative impaction not only on the independent recruitment development, but also on its social credibility. Therefore, the research on the present situation and problems of our independent recruitment pattern in colleges and universities is very important for its development.Independent recruitment pattern will be the entry point of this research, based on the autonomy of universities, which will deeply discuss the present situation of independent recruitment pattern of our universities and analyze factors affecting its development to form effective and scientific reformation development strategy of our independent recruitment pattern, through literature and research, etc.Based on the former research results, the independent recruitment pattern of our colleges and universities will be distributed into4classes:independent recruitment of ministerial colleges and universities, independent recruitment of provincial (municipal) colleges and universities, independent recruitment of "pre-inscription", independent recruitment of vocational school, and the flow chart of them has been summarized. The development direction and target is pointed out after the writer summarizes the characteristics and find the problems from detailed comparison, through analysis of the present situation of the independent recruitment pattern of our colleges and universities. Finally, theory model of Agent-Aotonomy independent recruitment pattern is initially designed, based on <Outline of National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)> meanwhile, the policy guarantee and strategy to improve government overall plans, to establish communication system between universities about independent recruitment, and to scientifically position college entrance examination, etc.
