Study On The Independent Recruitment Policies Implementation Of China Higher Education

Since 2003, the policy of autonomous enrollment established.The experimental colleges and universities increased year by year,so the policy arouses wide-spread attention. On the one hand, this pattern of autonomous enrollment develops very fast,on the other hand, the theoy relatively falls behind.With the implement of this policy,itcauses society's wide-spread thinking. Is it necessary for the implementation of thepolicy?Is the policy suitible for our country? How can we avoid the short coming of this policy and take advantage of it well? We should take a good consideration about it.Therefore,in this article the author does some researches on this problem.The thesis consists of five parts.The first sector mainly introduces the following contents: the background of the research questions,aim.methodology and orientation, summary of relevant research and literature. In the second sector,the necessity of implement implementing autonomous enrollment in our county is analyzed through historical summary. The three sector mainly analyze the current situation of this policy and point out the problems. the four sector, in allusion to the problems that arouse during implementing the policy, the author makes some analysis on the reform principal of autonomous enrollment and specific format. In this article, some scheme of autonomous enorllment are proposed.the last sector is conclusion.
