| With the development of educational thoughts and the continuous deepening of teaching theory and cognitive science,profound changes have taken place in the teaching models of all developed countries in the world.As an important part of education,physical education has undergone tremendous changes.However,the existence of "two cultures" in the sports world of China,that is,differences between the sports theory workers and practitioners due to their educational background,discipline training,basic literacy and other aspects,make them not recognize each other in terms of basic concepts and value judgments,And even opposite each other’s position,resulting in the implementation of physical education in the practice of theory and practice of the phenomenon of separation.The "model-dependence" in physical education leads to the phenomenon of the intergenerational transmission of teaching model demanding prompt solution.At present,the study of a large number of physical activities in sports science in our country does not solve the weak status of physical education.The main reason that affects physical education is that PE teachers lack of teaching skills rather than professional sports skills.Insufficient knowledge and research in teaching models.The research on the theory and practice of PE teaching models is the breakthrough to improve the school physical education in our country.In order to solve the current weak status of physical education in schools,the phenomenon of purely technical teaching resulting from the solidification of teaching model in volleyball classes,the ignorance of students’ interest in sports and the construction of logical processes in knowledge and skills have caused students to “love sport but not love PE”.The cognitive process and conscious thinking process model are studied.The teaching process guides students to recapitulate the essence and core content of volleyball in the logical sequence of the development of volleyball sports.It proposes the recapitulation teaching model,and conducts theoretical construction and empirical research.This dissertation uses the literature data method,the teaching experiment method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research.In the teaching experiment,four freshmen girls ’classes randomly selected from volleyball elective courses in colleges were taken as the experimental subjects.They were divided into two classes for the experimental group and two classes for the control group.The recapitulation teaching model and the traditional teaching model were performed according to the teaching plan.Semester teaching experiment.The experimental results of five aspects of interest in sports learning,sports skills,physical fitness,emotional performance,cooperative spirit and personality were compared between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Research results:1.The clues and concept of recapitulation teaching model: The recapitulation teaching model is inspired by the game’s recapitulation theory and found clues in the brief history of sports development.In PE teaching,the teaching model in which teachers guide students to recapitulate the essence and core content of a sport along the logical sequence of the brief history of sports development is the recapitulation teaching model.2.The constituent elements of the recapitulation teaching model: The model was constructed from five aspects: theoretical basis,teaching objectives,logical steps,implementation conditions,and teaching evaluation.Based on the recapitulation theory and recapitulation theory of education,teaching according to the logical steps of recapitulate interests,recapitulate game rules,recapitulate sports technology,recapitulate tactics,recapitulate communication and recapitulate sportsmanship,process-based evaluation is emphasized,final evaluation based on team points and individual points for each class.In the implementation,we must establish the following seven points: First,the historical view of sports;Second,the holism of sports;Third,the historical view of the logical process of teaching;Fourth,the rules of the game can be modified;Fifth,the teaching process is competitive,or called confrontation.The sixth is that students learn to be team-oriented;seventh is the process of teaching evaluation.3.The recapitulation teaching model is superior to the traditional teaching model in improving students’ interest in sports learning.Among them,there was a significant difference in positive interest in sports learning(P(27)0.05),and there was a significant difference in the four dimensions of negative interest in sports learning,autonomy and inquiry learning,degree of sports participation,and attention to sports(P(27)0.01).4.The recapitulation teaching model is superior to the traditional teaching mode in improving students’ athletic skills.There is a very significant difference in volleyball serving skills(P(27)0.01),and the ability to compete is better.5.The recapitulation teaching model was superior to the traditional teaching model in improving students’ physical health.There were significant differences in vital capacity,standing long jump,forward flexion of seated body and sit-ups in one minute(P(27)0.05).6.The recapitulation teaching model is better than the traditional teaching model in improving the student’s personality,and there are extremely significant differences in socialization and emotionality(P(27)0.01).Conclusions: Recapitulation teaching model is conducive to improving students’ interest in sports learning,and is beneficial to improving students’ actual combat skills and competition ability.It is conducive to improving students’ physical health and to improving their personality.At the same time,the recapitulation theory of the sports teaching and the logical theory of motor skills learning are deduced. |
