| In February 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Opinions on Doing After-School Services in Primary and Secondary Schools,which mentioned that primary and secondary schools should play the role of the main channel to carry out after-school services,which is a livelihood project to promote the healthy growth of students and further enhance the ability of educational services.With the full implementation of the "5 + 2" mode of after-school service " all over the country,it marks the establishment of a new era of in-class physical education(including physical education,recess exercises and after-school sports)and after-school sports services.For the full implementation of "church,practice diligently,regular competition" requirements,this study from the perspective of 4R theory comprehensive review after-school sports services and sports education mode,in the analysis of sports service characteristics and sports education mode connotation,on the basis of sports education mode optimization,transformation,build 4R theory sports service after class sports education mode,to meet the needs of the new era of after-school sports service,so as to improve after-school sports service quality and education quality,will improve students’ core quality into effect.This paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method,in binjiang school grade voluntary after-school sports service volleyball girls as the experimental object,control class,after class sports service classes using 4R theory sports service sports education mode after class,and for 18 weeks of teaching experiment,verify after-school sports service sports education mode for students’ sports skills,health behavior,and the influence of core quality,and through the comparative analysis of experimental data,the following conclusions:(1)4R theory After class,the sports service sports education mode is better than the after-school sports service training-competition mode in terms of promoting students’ jumping,mobile,sensitive and coordinated quality,while there is no obvious difference in strength,arm swing and flexibility quality.(2)4R theory The sports service education mode after class is better than the after-school sports service training-game mode in improving students’ adjusting the ball,while there is no obvious difference in self-cushion ball,self-pass and starting serve.(3)through 18 weeks of teaching experiment,two classes of students sports negative interest declined,positive interest improved significantly,but compared with control class students,experimental class students enjoy the experience of sports have improved significantly,in positive interest,sports participation and independent and explore three dimensions are significant differences,compared with after-school sports service practice-mode,4R theory sports service sports education mode after class is more conducive to improve students’ interest in sports learning.(4)In 4R theory after class,the influence of sports service sports education mode on students ’health behavior is not significantly different compared with the after-school sports service practice-competition mode,indicating that the two teaching modes have the same effect in improving students’ health behavior.(5)4R theory after class sports service sports education mode on students’ sports moral influence and after-school sports service practice-game mode,compared with the sports spirit dimension present significant difference,in sports morality and sports character dimension is no obvious difference,4R theory after class sports service sports education model is more conducive to temper students will,cultivate students never give up,stick to the end of sports quality and courage to contribute to the collective team spirit.(6)4R theory after class sports service sports education mode in improving students ’sports skills,cultivate students’ interest and sports character has significant advantages,more advantageous to achieve after-class sports service to reduce the burden on students,teach students sports skills,enhance students ’physical quality,improve students’ sports core quality,promote the purpose of students’ all-round development. |
