The promulgation of the new curriculum standards means the coming of a new round of teaching reform.How to keep up with the pace of reform has become the primary problem that teachers face in the new period.Teachers should not only understand the new educational concept of reform,but also infiltrate it into their teaching process,and cultivate students according to the new concept,which requires new requirements for teachers' instructional design ability."The same class isomerism" as the most frequently used teaching and research activities can be used as a platform for teachers to study new curriculum standards to improve the teaching design ability.This article is to study the teaching design ability of senior high school chemistry teachers from the perspective of "isomerism with the same class".On the basis of reading literature,this paper makes a theoretical study on the two concepts of "isomerism of the same class" and the ability of teaching design.Based on the two research status at home and abroad literature,based on the development of understanding of the two concepts on the domestic use of "Research on Teachers' ability of teaching design with heterogeneous class" teaching mode of literature,research on high school chemistry direction is less.Then according to the current situation of the ability of teaching design of high school chemistry teacher survey of selected teachers in Harbin city conducted a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the questionnaire data so as to get the status of high school chemistry teachers' teaching design ability by using SPSS22.0 software and teachers "with heterogeneous class" teaching activity participation satisfaction.Then,two senior high school chemistry teachers in 2016 Harbin senior high school "candlelight Cup" teaching competition were selected for the case study of the teaching design of the important chemical compounds in the high school chemistry education edition compulsory one,and two teachers were interviewed.Through two ways of case study and interview,this paper analyzes the strategies and ways to develop the teaching design ability of senior high school chemistry teachers in the perspective of "the same class isomerism".
