Narrative writing involves the narrative material,design,detail description and other related aspects of the plan arrangement skills.The current writing situation of high school students is not optimistic.Students not only attach no importance to but also show no interest to narrative writing.So narrative writing skills of high school students is generally not high.In high school too much emphasis is put on argumentative writing,and narrative writing is considered as the junior middle school teaching task,which leads to the narrative writing teaching in high school students are not taken seriously or improper strategy.This thesis adopt the method of sampling investigation,combined with the author's practical teaching experience.With the problems existing in narrative writing and related teaching strategies as the research object,the thisis analyses a certain number of students' compositions.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is about the investigation of the present situation in narrative writing teaching,which is done through the sample analysis of students' writing situation.Through investigation the problems such as too old-fashioned materials,improper structures and missing details will be discussed.Meanwhile the reasons for the problem are analyzed.First,from the perspective of students,it is due to lack of observation ability of life or the language is too flat in the narration.Second,from the perspective of teachers,the teachers' guidance is too utilitarian and sometimes there is a lack in teaching plans.Besides,the teachers' unawareness of students' specific ability of writing is another reason.The second part puts forward the strategies to solve the problem of writing.As to the material problems,early accumulation is the first step.Meanwhile the materials should be divided into different categories,such as content,language,and views.Next,guide the students to observe life and accumulate from people and things aroundthemselves and learn to combine what they observe with what they read.Based on the above accumulation,the materials that the students use in their articles will be “small,true and new”.In regard to the problem of the idea,the solutions are as follows: First the meaning should be based on the reflection of life.Second it should be closely related to the present.Third the students should not only write about the facts but also mention the deep meanings behind them.As to the problems of the structure,students should learn to use some different stuctures,such as the double line structure and the biographical structure of the characters.For details,it is important to enhance the training of the three aspects from multiple sensory superimposition to highlight specific scenes.In the third part,a series of reflection of the training of students' writing in structures,details and the selection of materials and conception is put forward.Some of trainings are effective,such as the accumulation and selection of materials;the determination of the main idea.While others may not be so effective or sometimes the effects are briefly discontinuous,such as the arragement of the details and the study of the depth of the main idea.There is even less progress in student' structure arrangement.Above all,leassons will be learned from the reflection.
