With the reform and development of education in the world,China’s national policy has increasingly attached importance to education,and the reform of education and teaching has also been carried out.In this era of challenges and changes,China put forward a core literacy for the development of Chinese students in 2016.Since then,the implementation of core literacy education has clear goals and the right direction,laying a solid foundation for further research on core literacy.Foundation and clear framework.The responsibility of college students studied in this thesis is the first part of the social participation literacy in core literacy,which reflects the social requirements and orientations for personal development,and aims to clarify the individual’s responsibility for others,families,collectives,countries and society.As a contribution and contribution,it is at the center of the core literacy indicator system.Since the publication of the core literacy of Chinese students,the education departments of all semester have started the research and development and implementation of the core literacy training courses for students.However,this paper has found out through the literature on the research and cultivation of responsibilities in recent years.At present,the research and education implementation of responsibility literacy in China is mainly concentrated in the primary and secondary schools in the basic education stage.There are few studies on the status quo and promotion of responsibilities of college students.The talents of college students are an important reserve force for social progress and national prosperity.The higher education stage is also the last opportunity to cultivate and improve their responsibility and to promote college students to become fully developed people.Therefore,the investigation and cultivation methods of college students ’responsibility Both the country and the university students have important significance.This thesis is a refinement under the basic framework of the core literacy of Chinese students.According to the secondary classification framework of responsibility literacy,the three levels of social responsibility,national identity andinternational understanding are designed.Questionnaires were prepared and a seven-month questionnaire was issued,involving many different types of colleges and college students at all grades,and obtained more abundant and highly reliable data resources.Through the correlation analysis and quantitative analysis of Spss and Excel software,it is found that in the responsibility of university responsibility,the social responsibility literacy is generally at a high level and shows a positive state,but the citizenship awareness of civil rights and obligations still needs to be improved.The degree of internalization needs to be deepened.There is a positive correlation between national consciousness,cultural identity and internalization of core values in international identity literacy.The international understanding of literacy involves the conclusion that human history and civilization and cross-cultural communication literacy still need to be improved.In terms of nurturing suggestions,this paper believes that it is necessary to improve the social responsibility of college students as the core of education,focus on cultivating national identity literacy,and cultivate international understanding literacy as a breakthrough.On the basis of sufficient theoretical research and solid practical research in the early stage,this thesis proposes targeted improvement strategies for the possible problems and challenges of college students’ responsibility cultivating at the present stage,including the adoption of thematic axis.Responsibility is the specific content of literacy,which makes the content of the course clearer and clearer.The use of the concentric mode makes the content of each part of the responsibility of college students to be gradually expanded from near to far and from shallow to deep.The relationship between the parts makes the cultivation of responsibility and literacy more suitable for the students’ learning process and psychological growth steps.The study of the basic status and curriculum cultivation methods of college students’ responsibility literacy is a step to truly understand the responsibility and responsibilities,and the implementation of responsibility is an indispensable step in the cultivation of the university.It can effectively promote the implementation of the“Lideshuren” project of the Ministry of Education.To contribute to the overall development of contemporary college students.
