The key to the reform and development of scientific education lies in the science teachers,the level of science teachers' professional accomplishment is essential to the development of teaching and students' scientific literacy.It requires the scientific teachers to uphold a sound and positive educational faith,and with this as the theoretical guidance to improve the professional quality and promote our work.The concept of The Formative Education in The New Period is consistent with the policy of The Quality Education and educational reform in China.Based on the theory of The Formative Education in The New Period,this paper studied the professional accomplishment of science teachers.According to the questionnaire survey and Online interview of science teachers' professional accomplishment in Shandong Province,this research analyses the present situation and its reason,than the promotion strategy is put forward.In the first chapter,On the basis of reading relevant literature and summarizing the research status,the research background,purpose,content,methods,thinking and significance of the research are expounded.In the second chapter,according to the literature reading and arranging,this paper expounds the connotation of the formative education in the new period,and defines the concept of science teacher's professional accomplishment.In the third chapter,based on the definition of related concepts and theories,the research constructs a framework of professional accomplishment of primary school science teachers based on the Formative Education,which includes professional sentiment,professional knowledge,professional ability and educational faith,and the four dimensions are divided into twenty sub-elements.In the fourth chapter,a questionnaire survey is designed according to the framework,Then the primary school science teachers in Shandong Province were investigated with questionnaires and online interviews.this paper points out the existing problems and reasons of science teachers' professional accomplishment in primary schools at present by data analysis.And these work provide data support for this study.In the fifth chapter,according to analysising the status and reasons of the primary school science teachers' professional accomplishment,the research puts forward some strategies to promote primary science teachers' professionalism.In the sixth chapter,this part sort out the work and results of the paper,and prospects for related research.
