In recent years,with the changes in social environment and deepening educational reform,stress problems for middle school teachers is becoming more and more common.While undertaking teaching and educating tasks,the teachers also face the stress coming from high social expectation,the aggravation over the exam-oriented competition and the promotion of educational reform.The increasing pressure sources make the stress problems for middle school teachers become promient day by day.Jinpu District is a national new district,curriculum reform area,experimental and educational area,Liaoning.So the stress problems for middle school teachers in Jinpu District is representative in the whole country and the stress relief techniques are typical.Jinpu District is in the period of education rising,but the stress problems for middle school teachers is not too optimistic.Based on it,the research on the current situation of the stress for middle school teachers and the way to deal with it is good for the teachers' physical and mental health as well as the construction of the teaching team.On the other hand,it can provide a reference for the educational development and the policy formulation for Jinpu District.It also affects the further development of basic education positively.This text is based on the related theory of public administration,pedagogy and sociology,it mainly uses the literature review to study the research achievements of the stress for teachers entirely,which set a firm theoretical foundation for it.This research applies relevant stress theories such as Person-Environment Fit Theory,Lazarus interactive theory and Hierarchy of Needs Theory to design and revise the questionnaire.Researches on the current situation of the stress problem for the middle school teachers of Jinpu District mainly relies on questionnaire while interview analysis subsidiary.The survey data shows the current situation of the stress for middle school teachers which mainly concentrates upon the six aspects,including the problems of students' studies and behavior,social roles,workload,self-development needs,organizational management and interpersonal relationship.Based on the data analysis and the basic management principle,this text drew a conclusion that the causes of the stress mainly stems from social,organizational and ego levels,including the unreasonable social expectation,imperfect educational laws and regulations,unfair allocation of educational resources,unscientific evaluation of teachers,the lack of clear career planning and low stress tolerance.All of those cause the stress for teachers.Based on the causes of the stress,targeted suggestions are put forward to relieve stress from social,organizational and ego levels.This text proposes some stress relief techniques,including reasonable expectation of teachers,establishing the legal intervention and mechanism supplementary,strengthening the interdepartmental cooperation,optimizing allocation of resources,reforming the evaluation system of teachers,perfecting teachers' career planning cultivation mechanism and establishing the guarantee mechanism of teachers' physical and mental health,so that it can promote the work on relieving the stress for teachers in Jinpu District and help achieve substantial results.
