Study On The Optimization Of Ideological And Political Education System For College Students In The New Media Age

In the new media era,it is extremely urgent and necessary to reform the ideological and political education of college students and complete the modern transformation,which is the inevitable requirement for ideological work in colleges.And it is also the important proposition for what kind of people and how to train them are cultivated in socialist colleges with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,we need to optimize and innovate the mechanism of ideological and political education for college students in the new media era,understand their scientific connotations accurately,systematically analyze their elements,concrete types,and main features,and give full play to their guiding role,cohesion,control,motivation,and creative functions.And we also need to adhere to the guidance of Marxist social development theory,humanistic theory,the ideology of community of common destiny,the philosophy thought of inter-subjectivity and systems theory.We should analyze the opportunity which the new media era brings to ideological and political education mechanism for college students from three dimensions of time,space,content and effect and grasp the challenge from the three aspects of subject,object and environment.We also should understand the current status of the current ideological and political education mechanism for college students from three aspects:current research,related departments,and related personnel,and then we can find that there is not enough linkage of the target mechanism,lack of motivation of the dynamic mechanism,relatively inefficient operating mechanism,and slow development mechanism.We should analyze the causes of the problems from the drawbacks of the traditional education model and the negative effects of the rapid expansion of education scale,the influence of erroneous ideological trends under the multicultural background,the hollowing out of the university spirit,the utilitarian efficiency prioritization,the excessive entertainment of the emerging media,the mechanization of teaching methods,and the formalization of campus cultural activities,the deviation of subject cognition,and the inadequate response to educational organizations.The optimization of the ideological and political education mechanism for college students in the new media era should effectively draw lessons from the development of foreign college students ' liberal education and civic education under the new media environment from three aspects,including the perfection of network infrastructure,the richness of online education content,and the diversity of online education.The optimization also should adhere to the principles of subjectivity,dominance,systematization,and effectiveness,and then we should begin to optimize our educational concepts from three aspects:strengthen management education to implement guidance education,prefer to instilled education to focus on heuristic education,and combine the state affairs with college students' daily life.In addition,we should enrich the practice methods from the following dimensions:integrate the educational resources,optimize the design of teaching content and structure system,strengthen the construction of main channels,improve the information literacy and ability of ideological and political educators,build a teacher-student sharing community,cultivate the network self-organization of colleges,improve the new media literacy of college students,and create good realistic environment and the network environment,and further promote the development of ideological and political work for college students,and better serve socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and the development of college students.
